Poppy
The common poppy is native to nutrient-poor soils and likes sunny locations. The poppy is often seen on roadsides but also does well in fields and wastelands. The red flowers attract many bees. Growth height 35 cm. Sow directly in a sunny spot from April to June. The poppy blooms from June to September and is an annual but self-propagates very easily.
