Snowdrops are real harbingers of spring, which prefer, during flowering, full shade. Planted under foliage trees would be ideal. They flower very limited the first year, but when left in the ground will flower profusely every year. Plant in loose soil with tips upwards. Store in a dry and cool place until planting. Hardy.
