Wintersquash - Vegetable Spaghetti
Sow mid-spring in frames, prick out once and transplant 6 weeks later. Or sow
in late spring outdoors in a seedbed and transplant afterwards. Stores 4/5
months. Boil or bake in the oven for 20-30 min. so the pulp is cooked-trough
and can be eaten like spaghetti. A nutricious, low-calorie substitute.
